Truth About Six Pack Abs
kbatoday.com FINALLY……a real review of the Truth About Six Pack Abs program. I found myself interested in this program and couldn’t find an honest review anywhere. I thought, since I can get my money back, I’ll go ahead and buy it myself and give my own review. I hope it’s helpful.

I reccomend you follow just the nutritional information and then follow the exercizes on his BusymanFitness DVD’s. It’s a lot easier to do.

Thank you, appreciate the reply, I kinda thought so too but now I’m certain, Well, I’m gonna go get that e-book now so I can see what all the ab exercises are and how much energy and time they require and see if I can fit everything in.

Great review, but would this program be compatible with trying to improve on my bench press and other weight-lifting stuff and gain muscle, while getting a trim waistline, or would I have to abandon everything else and concentrate on just the abs and quit taking protein supplements? I’d appreciate anyone’s opinion on this, thanks

The short and sweet answer…
No.
Anyone that has been working out for a while has already develpoed a certain level of strength. To go beyond that level, they’ll need to properly feed their muscles/body to continue to increase.
Fat loss is produced by putting your body into a calorie deficit. Meaning eat less than you burn.
You can eat less and not lose muscle as long as you continue to train. But you can’t eat less and expect to make any significant increase in muscle size or strength.

I guess I’ll have to come up with a new routine then, perhaps lift weights less days a week, I currently do 5-6 days and eat till I’m good and full, plus I be on them post-workout protein shakes but apparently, all weight AIN’T GOOD WEIGHT! Anyways, I’ll see how it goes, thanks again.
